As Electors Meet, Sharing Our Ongoing Commitment to Our Election Processes

Yesterday (December 17) the electors of the Electoral College met in their respective states to cast their votes for President and Vice President of the United States.

This election saw an enormous amount of interest in how our systems work and The Chamberlain Network was proud to be part of a national education campaign to build trust and faith in our election process.

We’re grateful for election workers – who have been tirelessly working through the certification period following election day to painstakingly count every ballot cast, check for duplicates, verify voter status, and give voters a chance to rectify mistakes that might otherwise disqualify their ballot.

“Our Republic is a system based on representation, rule of law, and checks and balances,” said Chris Purdy, Founder and CEO of The Chamberlain Network.

The Electoral College represents the democratic process in action, where the voices of citizens are transformed into the foundation of new governance through the peaceful transfer of power. This enduring process stands as a testament to the strength and resilience of our democratic institutions.
— Chris Purdy, Founder and CEO

We look forward to Congress certifying these votes when they convene on January 6th, 2025.
